Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 we have a few updated policies to share with you. We are still modifying and learning as we go but are dedicated to providing you with high quality and safe services. Here are some additional steps you should expect with your next visit. Please read and review before booking and attending your appointment. Masks will be mandatory for all appointments. You are welcome to bring your own or one will be supplied to you for a charge. Hand sanitizer or hand washing, whichever you prefer will be necessary before all services begin. Please arrive to your appointment alone as social distancing cannot be enforced in my small space. If you arrive early please wait in your car and send me a text. I will text you back when it’s safe to buzz up. If you are showing any symptoms of sickness you will be asked to reschedule. Please let me know prior to your appointment if you’re feeling unwell, my cancellation fee will be waived even if you fall under the 24 hour window. If you show up with obvious symptoms you will be charged for 100% of the booking and turned away as I will not be able to fill the spot. As always, I do require 24 hours notice for all cancellations, without adequate notice 50% of the missed appointment will be due before your next appointment is scheduled. No showed appointments with no effort to contact will require 100% of the appointment to be paid prior to rebooking your next appointment. If you are sick and need to reschedule please try to give as much notice as possible but we will be extra understanding at this time. Some of you haven’t been to my studio before! I am the owner and operator of my cozy spa studio, being such I do not have a receptionist or a waiting area. All appointments are scheduled back to back, showing up to your appointment more than five minutes early can result in me not being available to buzz you in, so please be patient with me! If you are early please text me and if I can accommodate you I’m happy to buzz you up, otherwise please wait in your car until I text you but is it likely that I’m doing a full clean and sanitization of the studio (or sneaking in some water!) Late appointments may receive a downgrade in service due to not being able to run into the next clients appointment time and snowball into the rest of my appointments for the day. Any later than 10 minutes may require a rebooked appointment and a cancellation fee enforced. Thank you all for understanding.
